🏡 Terms & Conditions – BBB Nation Oasis Kigali

Effective January 2024

By booking a stay at BBB Nation Oasis Kigali, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a safe, legal, and pleasant environment for all guests.

📅 Booking & Payment

30% deposit required to confirm booking.
Remaining balance due on check-in (MoMo, PayPal, card, or cash accepted).
Booking is not secured without a confirmed deposit.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations 3–6 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations under 3 days or no-show.

🏠 House Rules

No smoking inside – smoking allowed only outdoors.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No overnight guests without prior approval.
Pets allowed only in approved apartments.
Guests must maintain cleanliness and tidiness during stay.
Sofa damage will incur a fixed replacement fee of 2,000,000 RWF.

🕒 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Self check-in available via secure lockbox.
Late check-out may be arranged for a fee (subject to availability).

💰 Taxes & Regulations

All prices include VAT and applicable tourism taxes.
We follow all hospitality guidelines under Rwandan law.
Guests must present valid ID or passport upon check-in.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Exterior surveillance cameras operate 24/7 for your safety.
No cameras are placed inside apartments or private areas.
Your personal data is confidential and never shared.

⚖️ Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Lost keys or damages will result in additional charges.
We are not liable for lost or stolen items. Lockboxes are provided.
